SNOWMOBILE TRAIL REPORT: February 19, 2026

Depending on location, our trail system received approximately 6 to 12 inches of fresh snowfall, significantly improving overall conditions.

Our grooming crew will be working today on the trail from Hoyt Lakes to Giants Ridge and from Biwabik to Gilbert. Tomorrow, grooming operations will continue from Hoyt Lakes north to the Yukon Trail and east to Highway 16.

Additional snowfall is currently in the forecast, which will further enhance trail conditions across the system.

Please ride safely, remain alert for grooming equipment, and enjoy the fresh snow!

SNOWMOBILE TRAIL REPORT: February 16, 2026

We will not be grooming trails this week as we monitor the incoming weather system and evaluate anticipated snowfall. Current trail conditions remain rideable; however, riders should expect bare spots in several areas.

We are hopeful this next system will bring significant snowfall to improve trail conditions and allow everyone to continue enjoying the remainder of the season.

East Range Multi-Use Trail  

As a reminder, the East Range Multi-Use Trail is a shared-use trail, open to ATVs, horseback riders, hikers, and bicyclists - and it’s important that all users treat one another with respect and care. The Ranger Snowmobile/ATV Club proudly maintains this trail for public use. We kindly ask that everyone slow down when passing others, yield when appropriate, and always ride with caution.
