Volunteer Needs – Vintage Ride (January 31, 2026)

We still need volunteers in the following areas to help make the Vintage Ride a success. Please review the open positions below and let us know how you can help!

​TICKET DISTRIBUTION - as riders come back (have 1, need 1 more)

PARKING ATTENDANTS - We need 2 people to help trucks and trailers park in the morning and with machine parking for judging the rest of the day. (have 1, need 1 more)

SUPPORT CREWS - We need 2 people that have a truck and trailer that will haul a snowmobile and must have a cell phone. (have 1, need 1 more)

CHECKPOINTS - Volunteers will staff checkpoints along the route, 2 person teams are needed (have 2 teams, need 2 more teams) - If you volunteer for this position, you are in charge of finding a friend to be a part of your “2 person” team.

Must have: 

Access to a clam-style shelter (or similar)

Heat source for the shelter

Portable fire ring

Firewood (Adam Johnson can provide wood if needed)

Simple first-aid kit

Cell phone
